Context

A large human resources consulting company struggled with one of its main survey products.

This specific survey had a large number of responses (more than 50,000) with free text that needed to be processed by human labor, which took more than 2 weeks to finish at a significant cost.

In addition, several reports had to be prepared (more than 1,000), one per department/function.
